Try TTN. Buy the stock than write some Sept. calls on any move up in price from here $19.35. , or from this level

One REIT "to check out" might be EOP. They recently purchased Spieker Properties, and IMO Spieker Properties was one of the best run REITs in this area.

I have followed and owned Spieker (now EOP), but I haven't followed EOP long term.
