INTERNET UPGRADES like CSCO upgrade by UBSWarburg is the SIGNAL of a TECH MARKET RECOVERY as the whole tech food chain will recover in tandem with improved and increased DEMAND of network physical products upgrades. This is just like the WINTEL model, increase the chip power and everyone needed to buy the latest MSFT upgrade to run the new programs, and to run the new programs, they needed the new computers that had the new INTC chips and so on. SAME MULTIPLIER EFFECT HERE. Watch for more UPGRADES over the next 3 days. I am happy getting more STORAGE like NTAP since that will recover next, add to my PALM since that is what the 3G netowrk infrastructure build up is for, and add to my portfolio higher end server and database and higher end software companies over the next few weeks, like ORCL, SUNW, maybe even IBM.
