I think we will get our decline.

However, just closed out the AMZN short. A small profit on that one in a few days but I don't like the way volume has come in here at support just above $16.

Also exercising capital pres. in the face of AMZN earnings and Greenspan testimony. If I had to bet one way or the other, AMZN is going down from here, but I prefer the no risk option at this time.

Am expecting to distribute the freed up risk quota into additional MU shorting, but will wait to see how the market handles the 20:30 decision timeframe before finalising a tactic.

Zeev: When time permits, will you please spell out the factors which must be in place to create your sceanario of the major market averages up 25% (or more) by the end of the year. I believe you see the late July, early August massacre, then stabilization for a few weeks leading into a sustained rally through the Fall and into early next year.

However, what, if anything, absolutely must be in place for this to occur. What, if missing, would not be as critical? I am curious because I know you have held this opinion for some time and with the weakness in the economy seemingly stretching out further than originally thought by many, I was wondering how you saw the rally forming.

Lately the market has been bouncing a bit the last 15 minutes almost every day. So we amy not close below 2000 for a day or two yet.

the trin indicates more volume going into advancing stocks

Trinq broke above 1.0 at about 3 PM. These late day selloffs are the ulgyest IMO.

However, if Monday is bad; good chance of a bounce by mid-d ay Tuesday as support is reached in braod averages.

Any numbers offered on the thread re support levels.
