Yeah, but only 5 ruled in such a way as to guarantee the presidency to Bush, and that is the matter of suspicion. Still, the prima facie case is very weak. 7 admitted that there was an equity problem, and the observation of the 5 that the legislature gets to determine the period of contest, and that equity considerations could not be satisfied in the time remaining, was precisely right........

Despite it all, the USSC overturned the provincialist Fl SC 7-2, and that will remain in history forever. The coming Supreme Court fights, led by Leahy and Chuckie Schmuck, will contribute to the final downfall of radical Marxian control of the Democratic party in 2002 and 2004. This is the oldest continually-existing political party in the history of the free world. It is long past time that it was relieved of the totalitarian influence that has strangled it since 1970...
