I was too early by 20 minutes, the naz did not sink back under 2000 until about 3:20 or so, nor did it ever bounce back after the initial swoon under 2000 to my target 2020 or so (onl 2017, if memory serves), apologies extended (g).

Now 94% cash I am itching to put it to work

It looks like you may need extra large size of Gold bond powder to control itching to tide you over until market reacts more favorable to the long side of investing.

I am not even sure that LTR, where management had very large short bets finally flow through to bottom line in last 12 months, is a good stock to buy right now.

ARMHY, with a market cap of only 3.4 B currently is one to look at if conditions in techs get better.
