Why should I back up a claim that I was against the treaty last fall, as I am against it now, and therefore that it was a factor in liking Bush as a candidate? I can show you stuff from various thread showing that I was against the Kyoto treaty much further back than that, but why?

What do I care if American industry acts to protect itself against ruin? Sounds smart to me.

Tell you what, you tell me why you have any reason to doubt that I was against Kyoto before the election, and I will find you a gem of some sort (it is a poor search engine, so it will take some trouble)........

Actually, moron, the Treaty died last year. Bush just buried it. But that's good enough for me. You and the human pigs from Seattle, Quebec and Genoa can now go play the global warming home game...

Sine I have a feeling this is another piece of dog doo, please find and post a link to at least one of your pre-election gems that backs up this claim.
.

Bush's rejection of Kyoto was a much publicized part of his campaign rhetoric. It was also one of the reasons I voted for Bush.

You really are a fool. How much money to "torpedo the treaty"? do you think went into Anheuser's campaign?

How much money from union pukes went into Gore's campaign? Its hardly a revelation that a new Administration might be friendly to the forces it is aligned with. "To the victor belongs the spoils." That's American politics bub. Wake up and smell the coffee...
