Depends on the timeframe: 64 is the island reversal, 55-57 is the broadening pattern, and 40 is the rising wedge. Interesting that none of them are bullish patterns.

Settlement might not be bad, assuming MSFT doesn't wind up with a whole lot of constraints. I can't see the state idiots settling. A crazy bunch.
