Hi Brian, I've never made good short term trades.I'm prepared to average down if the opportunity presents itself. I'm thinking it is a good hold out into the 2003 time period.If I held cash that long the max I could yield is 12-15 %. I think time will offer a better return and at a capital gain tax rate.JMHO Sure is a slow grinding boring market - just the kind a value buyer should get aggressive in.News is so universally bad the only development left to occur almost has to be positive.
