chip book/bill ratio went from depression to near depression levels it didnt get worse, at least where is the nonsensical rally on the bad news? with the common tired refrain "it cannot get any worse" B/B can remain down low for some time I think methane producers are the best bet here Dominion Gas, Burlington Resources, Chesapeake Energy D, BR, CHK with over 80% of all new electric generator plants to run methane and with methane in short supply the Calif problem is simply quiet, not gone these are safe winners imo esp AFTER the economy perks up / jim
