Hi Joe,

I am just going off of memory here.As I recall the last quarter of 98 was known to be terrible for almost everybody in the semi and semi-equip sectors. That being said the only requirement was a growing backlog and that carried stock prices up and over.

What needs to happen is investors time horizon must be STRETCHED to 6-8 months out in the future and this market will turn on a dime.I'm actually quite impressed that this consolidation STILL REMAINS INTACT.

It pops then it slowly grinds. The pops are at opens and occur so fast. The grinds are all the rest of the time. All in all - A HUGE CONGESTION PERIOD CONTINUES.

Buy long term.Buy value and HOLD WITH CONFIDENCE !!!!!

12-18 months from now you'll be wondering why you didn't mortgage the farm - cause it was so obvious. Of course the reason will be because it is also scary/

Comes a time when investors MUST KNOW WHAT YOU KNOW and boldly go where average investors WON'T.

This is a blueprint for four baggers in 2003. JMHO
