Chaz,

I understand that what your saying regarding the initial valuation of Q and Spinco. I believe QCOM shareholders will fair better if Q stays whole. Q parent can shelter expenses when QCT has a bad quarter and G&A expenses should be less if Q stays whole. I just don't see putting off Spinco as a negative at this point now that we have the NOK deal. Just MHO.
