We might need a couple of volunteers to form a grand jury to decide if Glenn should go to trial for sneaking out of this bet.

James,

This saddens me. I was looking forward to our bet so I could show my prowess at calculating working capital and cash burn. This is not to mention the trip and visit.

AOL did buy treasure shares so cash was infused into Amazon from the equity markets. Sadly, it is the cash of the AOL shareholders although not likely enough to affect them much. The largest affect is on the current Amazon share holders. Worse yet, the $100 million won't last Amazon long. It is not quite another quarter.
