Steven-- Looks like you just about covered it. There are others that individuals find that are less relevant, most likely. In the mean time no one wants to hold cpq, they only want to use it like a slot machine-- put a few bux in on a gamble for a fast buck as if you keep playing you are a loser.
I think you could add;
the few LT investors left mostly want to bail and buy a CD.
