Zeev, thanks from me, too. True story: I had a nightmare this weekend where the futures opened down big and the market tanked from there without me. <G> (Back to reality) I had closed out my shorts Friday expecting an opening bounce. When the CSCO upgrade helped things along this am, I laid out KLAC and ALTR premarket, then NVLS, MU, AMAT, and more KLAC and ALTR within 15 minutes of the open. Then I just waited. I got out of all my AMAT and 1/3 of my KLAC and ALTR near the close. I kept the rest. If we go up again early (not likely in ALTR, those pumping the last few weeks will have a tough time getting this up with much lowered guidance) I'll lay some more out.

Again, great call. Many thanks.

Jay

Zeev do you have targets on VSH or KEM.
Also someone asked me about AVX and I have never heard of it.

Pretty sure you follow the first two.
My targets (looking at charts) oddly enough had support at roughly 18 on all of them with a low near 15.

Are the turnips concerned that the following may upset the downward scenario?

marketwatch.com

UBS Warburg announced that investor optimism fell in July as investors expressed concerns about reaching their personal investing goals, as well as skepticism that upcoming tax rebates will stimulate the economy. The Index of Investor Optimism dropped 22 points to 82 in July, the lowest level since the index was established in October 1996.

Edit: Anyone know where I can get hold of a list of public companies ranked by market cap?
