I bought 112 in Mesa, AZ. in the same time period and did great... but AZ is growing like a weed, I thought there was value in Sacramento as well... who would have guessed. Thanks for the commentary... pretty much my feeling as well, but I think there is compelling value here, I'll have to think on it. As you said... when in cash there is no rush. DAK
