Black Hawk make sense, I agree.

But there are two things I don't like and that will limit its gains in a bull market..even if they will be generating excellent cash flows.

1) The call options they have sold.

2) The low reserves. EVen if I am sure they will find more gold and operate for many years to come, companies that have low reserves usually sell at a very low cash flow multiple especially because nobody can predict when the reserves will run out.

In spite of these two small negatives, it is a good holding in a bull market. One of the strong positive is its low price due to the high number of shares out. Speculators and investors love pennies that move fast.
