Five Republican-appointed U.S. Supreme Court justices decree who the next leader of the free world is and you're bitching about some minor case involving labor records?

Maybe if you post the link over on the Right Wing Inbred Thread you'd solicit more feedback.

Of course, the practical fact of the matter is nothing's going to come of it. Both political parties are very respectful of big labor. Too many votes at stake.
