Haven't seen the amzn results yet. It's 9pm here when the markets close so I am just catching up now.

Edit - OK, slightly kicking myself as it has dropped nearly $1.5 from where I covered - but not kicking too hard as the risk was reallocated into a MU short which is currently in profit. Also closed out the MSFT short in AH, which is showing as a good idea as of the end of AH.

Not sure what AMZN will do tomorrow though. It could go up or down, as all kinds of fuzzy interpretations of those results will come out. That's the trouble with vapourware "pro forma" profit companies like AMZN.

The Q to Q revenue drop does however give me confidence that my overall bearish stance on the economy and market is correct.

<<AMZN should be a core short position in everyone's portfolio.>>

Gotta love Mark Haines.....asks if AMZN numbers are "pro forma"....then says "you gotta take them with a large BOX of salt"
