Me too. I have no problem if I lose although I prefer to win so I may visit:-) I am fine with Q2 2002 then. I am just "concerned" that the KP friends will continue to find ways to pump money into the thing. Concerned is not exactly the word I want. I have never heard of payment in advance of $100 million for a project that will not be completed for 15 months. Of course, AOL (the division of Time Warner) does get an equity stake and it appears it is growing as the stock falls<G>

I think you should get some form of accuracy credit for prdicting AOL would fold Amazon into their operation. You called that one years ago.

Anyhow, if the $100 million is paid at the end of this month as I believe is the case, the working capital will be adequate for vendors to supply Amazon for Q4 without a lot of concern. Without an additional influx, Amazon is back to the same problem by Q1 2002.
