I sympathize with ya Mike! My older bones get tired relatively quicker these days, and the question I once had in my youth as to why old folks had to take naps is being answered in spades! LOL Try some ice cold green tea to keep going. One of my favorites is Celestial Seasonings Peach Blossom green tea, chilled until it's almost frozen into ice mush!
