I went back to the website, and lo and behold it's still up and running. My quess would be that like just about everyone else in this business they've simply stopped producing and are waiting for better times.

They probably have the wherewithal to stick around in some form for another year or more, Charlie.( but even that is not completely certain). Time to search for buyers. Some of the videos are still running. Only checked a few.
