Base on my observations, I think that companies with small reserves are fairly valued at 3-4 time cash flows.. So if they make 6.5c at USD 270.. a price of $0.20-$0.25 would be more appropriate.

And if gold moves to $350 by the time their hedges expired, then $0.75 would make sense if not more..assuming your numbers are good.

But what if gold moves to $350 this fall...The calls would become a money losing proposition and would generate a capital loss?
