I was beginning to have a blood pressure situation and so I am making many changes. Next to tackle will be the weight. Water is a huge part in how well our body works. I drink the stuff by the gallon.

I like the Clear American flavored waters from Sam's or Wall Mart. No sodium, caffeine or calories yet tastes like a soda. Between 4+ liter's of that per day plus constant plain ice water there isn't a bathroom that I walk by:)

With just the few changes the blood pressure is down to the level they want to watch instead of medicate. Now my goal is to get it back to the low end of normal as it used to be before I turned into a fat ass.

Gatorade is high in salt.

Was warned off that myself over a year back. As a matter of fact, we drink so much in during the average day that concentrating on water itself is probably unnecessary. That is between milk, soda, juice and so forth we get a lot of the requirements ahead of water anyway. Unless of course you are running marathons every day.

By the way, was it you or I that was seriously checking out that 12 year old? I thought I was surreptitious about it but there is always that chance.

EDIT
ARRGH!! SI thinks surreptitious isn't a word. Therefore I was not surreptitious. Man, that sux.

Sux ain't a word either. I'm batting a thousand.

Ain't appears to be a word though!!!!
