Actually, Boca Raton has not seen much appreciation in property values in the last 10 years.
There has been too much available land and too much building going on. People seem to
prefer buying newly constructed houses down there. I think you need to find a location
where the available lots are very restricted. Perhaps, water front and near
water front property in Boca Raton.

SF- You should look at Naples-Ft. Myers (SouthWest coast) corridor...prices still relatively cheap, but it will be one big city one day (a la West Palm- Miami, OK not as big, but you get idea)...

Likely nothing escapes the coming melt-down, but if one area would, my bet would be on that area.....demos, and other trends still in its favor
