Poet, Thanks for posting the NYT, Welty obit.. Her death announcement was on the front page of our local paper. A quote from a 1991 interview. "I think you write about whatever's current... They won't be the same kind of stories, but they'll be about human beings." And her photos grabbed me.. She was out there to get them.. olemiss.edu m
