Facts from RB:

1. RAZF said on Friday it expects to report a second-quarter net loss of 4 cents per share, in line with Wall Street's estimates!
IT EXPECTS!!
They have been very modest!!!!

I posted in May:
"To lose 3 cents a share, it needs a revenue of $30.7 million for Q2".

Now I'm very sure that we'll see only a $0.03 loss for RAZF for Q2!!

2. Q3 and Q4 will beat again the street estimates, with a breakeven in Q3!!!

3. No delisting before November 15, 2001

We were advised by Nasdaq in a letter dated July 10, 2001 that, and that if our minimum bid price does not exceed $1.00 for ten consecutive trading days during the 90 day period after being so advised, our common stock may be delisted from the Nasdaq National Market. If we are delisted from the NASDAQ National Market, we may seek to transfer the listing of our common stock to the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

4. They'll have some breaking good news on the
Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Razorfish, Inc. August 3, 2001!!
This will be a NEWS-BOMB which will destroy some big competitors!!
Remember, the meeting is next week!!

5. With this NEWS-BOMB we'll hear why D+K must have sold all their valuable shares at discount-level prices!!

If we see not a $1 before the meeting we'll have it after (without any reversal-split!)
