anybody else think ntap is a good buy in single digits if your willing to hold for the long term and wait this messout? Or am I the only nut that thinks buying alot of ntap in single digits will pay off handsomely.....one day in the future, whether it's next year or ten years from now???

That was good. Thank you. If you think about NTAP's offering for the future of storage. It appears uncanny just how perfectly it fits in. Perhaps this economic downturn is for ntap's benefit? I thought it was cute that Kumar didn't attack EMC... another analyst convinced the rest of storage is subordinate to EMC... they have no concept of what a Gorilla or King is supposed to be. Also, Forester was nice in not criticising Kumar's view of direct attached storage... after all, network attached storage is just that.. intended to be used by many in a network....doh! Direct has always been the largest and connected to things like super computers. Now we're sitting in the sweet spot with NTAP connecting all storage together as one big manageable system. Ho hum....
