IMHO, Rich deserved better, but the simple fact is his last name is not Jacobs. <I am concerned that PJ is not enough of a General.> Assuming Paul is the heir apparent, he will need to find a "Rich like" general. I think his personality is much like his fathers. The good news is Tony and Don are stepping up to fill Rich's job at least for now. Golf
