But don't you think that this kind of analysis is a little too light to put money after it? You could write just the opposite and it wouln't sound equally right/wrong. This is just guts. I wouldn't say anything against it, if we were in a normal economic environment. Your LT return would just be a little better or worse. Why not wait till the arguments for a debt crisis, a dramatic shift in the USD valuation, real estate bubble have proven wrong? In a healthy environment you DO NOT HAVE THESE TOPICS IN THE WSJ OR IN CONGRESS. My bottom line is, we both could be right or wrong, but the risk is a little bit high...and shouldn't J6P be a litte bit prudent towards retirement, save at least what he has not lost...? PMG
