Herb Greenberg and Cramer have been shorting AREM and are most likely part of the class action suit that has been filed. Serious conflict of interest issues in AREM for Cramer and his buddies.

I wouldn't touch AREM for more than a few days, and only to take advantage of a short covering rally. It does scare me, but they do have some issues with the shorts (like how can you short 22-million shares on a 17-million float).
