All these gaps make it so very hard to trade

For sure intraday traders are not enjoying overnight gaps and then Jell-O for breakfast,lunch and dinner. A small bet on a 100 point gap up from this seriously short-term oversold condition doesn't seem so crazy.

Wanna bet it happens?

How does this count on the SOXX look to the 'waver community over here:

It would make sense to me if we just finished the 4 (on the 'Dung also), and are rolling into the Big 5 of 5. Certainly, the fundamentals have deteriorated adequately. However, sentiment needs to be ground out of the market, so my guess is we get a slow grinding water torture move for the next 4 months or so. Then when everyone is out (say, in October), the market bounces back out of nowhere (albeit from MUCH lower levels than we're at now).
