It's a USA company, so they are subject to USA solvency and other laws. Users are unsecured creditors, as with other businesses. It costs nothing to join or use. They use any funds staying in the system and keep the profits. They invest in liquid assets. No gold backing! Gold is for Aztecs. Mqurice
