PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 24, 2001--PeopleSoft
Inc. (NASDAQ: PSFT) today announced an agreement to embed the IBM
(NYSE: IBM) WebSphere Application Server into its enterprise
application suite. The PeopleSoft and IBM solution will be
pre-integrated and will not require additional customer licenses,
enabling rapid deployment of eBusiness infrastructures.
