Iqbal Latif and I made a deal not to harass each other (see postscript). I am only coming here to confirm what has reached me. Is it true that he was put in the penalty box and subsequently left SI? Since Latif has had the good sense not to use my name as a red herring, I'll say no more on our "relationship." P. p.s. Specifically: by ceasing to refer to me in his posts on SI, I have inferred that Latif accepted my offer to do so in return for my absence from this thread. Best trade he ever made.
