You're fudging. The woman is a hooker, there is no father that can be found, the abortion was performed in a back alley by a drunken sailor. The women is a repeat abortionist, no counseling will change that. What penalty then for that woman who aborts? You believe in the death penalty and this woman in your books is a murderer.
