There is a line-out on the mp3 player. The sound quality is very good for the headphones. I have a pair of little Sony portable speakers that i used on the line-out, but they did not have enough power to boost the volume to a decent level. When I figure out how to connect it to my stereo, I'll let you know how it sounds.

Everyone and their dog seems to make an mp3 player. Do you go with a solid electronics manufacturer or a solid hardware manufacturer? Hell, even Nike has an mp3 player.

In the end, I went for cheap memory and ease of download. The mp3 player sets itself up as a hard drive through the USB port. Makes it very easy to drag and drop files.

Jay
