Grace, It appears that Shaw has gone through a lot of expense and is now ready to begin offering a more stable service.....just at ATHM is past the network difficulty experienced in the past year. If ATHM offers a good service it doesn't make sense for MSOs to take on the management themselves. In other words...it's the network stupid! You think Curious George would get it even now if he were still riding ATHM?
