The complacency indexes indicate what everyone else is saying, suspiciously enough:

ST (short-term) Naz CI: Down to 17.9 from Monday's 34.4. Oversold. Could fall below 10, but reversal to the upside expected soon.

LT (long-term) Naz: Down to 64.19 from Monday's 71.37. Downtrending, still high, bearish.

ST S&P CI: Down to 7.76, from Monday's 14. Downtrend, oversold, reversal expected soon, possibly tomorrow.

LT S&P CI: Down to 50.1 from Monday's 55.4. Midrange, downtrend, bearish.

Moon: Waxing crescent. Phase at 23.9%. Divergence, since the market waxeth not.

What does complacency mean? Confidence and greed during an uptrending market, with high demand for calls. Fear and panic are at the other extreme, with high demand for puts. The scale runs from 0 (panic) to 100 (complacent).
