That's a great story, Dale. I've heard of brokers correcting an error if the customer catches it and complains loudly enough, but I've never heard of one doing so at their own initiative.

Maybe they felt you needed some charity to survive.

Great story Dale.

I've been begging Datek for months now to allow CC writing for IRAs. My taxable account is at Fidelity, but option commissions are a bit higher than Datek. A classic case of you get what you pay for. I may now just have to move my Datek IRA to Fidelity.
