Read the press release it is all explained within. In detail. CNBS acted as if LRCX change did it all just on a whim, rather than as required.

It is appropriate that you used the phrase "consider the source" and CNBC in the same sentence. It is utterly pathetic that people whose job it is to know these things cannot take the time to read a simple press release. They consistently get it wrong.
