You're wrong. I and others have crunched the Big Business vs. organized labor contribution numbers before on this thread. I think it works out to a 55-45 or 54-46 advantage for the Republicans, based on the fact that Big Business donations favor the Repubs 60-40. So even though you are correct that Big Labor money goes almost exclusively to the Democratic Party, both pools of money commingled still put the GOP ahead by 8 to 10 points.

Actually, that doesn't concern me too much, because the Republicans have tapped about everyone who is a potential Republican. All the Democratic Party needs to do in the future is get out the vote ... and that's where my brothers and sisters in organized labor lead the charge ... as we saw on Nov. 8 in Detroit, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh ... when the UAW gave thousands of auto workers the day off (with pay) so they could practice democracy.
