Your chart on CSCO needs to break over the 50dMA (mid 18). Then 20 is going to be some overhead resistance. Personally, I think the reason that the stock has held as well as it has is due to the recent upgrade. Of course you know I'm very skepical of upgrades of stocks in steep downtrends. Generally, it means the outfit touting the stock is selling the strength.
