If the short sellers "colluded" then they should go after them. As for AREM's operation, they are relying on an army of "cheap" software labor in India, labor, by the way which is of the highest quality. That gives them quite a competitive advantage, in general terms. I looked at the balance sheet and recent P&L statement, and have not found any the tell-tale signs of an operation in financial troubles, they have more than $100 MM in cash, are operating profitably, as of the end of March, and are not priced at an extreme valuation (relative the the industry in which they operate). We'll see what the next report bring (I'll probably be out before that) to determine if the are worth following later on.
