When does a person become a recognized individual with attendant rights, including the right to life?

1.) At the moment of conception?

2.) When it is a zygote?

3.) When it resembles an amphibian or frog and even has a vestigial egg-tooth?

4.) When it looks human but hasn't developed a functional brain yet?

5.) When it has a brain, but only rudimentary brain wave activity (motor functions, etc.)

6.) When it is expelled through the birth canal or cut from the womb at birth?

Well, number 6 definitely. But before that maybe we should consider the moment when it has FULL brain wave activity implying its ability to commence cognitive thought skills.

I realize that even a newborn's brain is still forming, and the brain continues to build and make new connections throughout life, but this juncture I have identified could be the key to determining what is just potential, and what is really a person who must have rights that are respected.
