Waterfront, canal front or near the beach has doubled here in the last year.
The last 100x100 lot on a canal just with a 13 ft fixed bridge to the ocean just went for $300K...
Double what it was a year ago.
Near the beach has doubled in a year.
Golf course communities are only doing slightly less as well..
An open water lot with a tear down shack on it is going for $750k.

I've haven't seen a bubble like this since the 70s..
It's parabolic like the stock market was last year.
Starting to see some inventory building though. The bubble could be in the processo of bursting.
Meanwhile, FL is becoming too crowded...
