They should have done it already. I was just pointing out that they have some significant problems trying to do a migration to a new OS. The current PalmOS has got to be ditched because it was written specifically for the Dragonball, this is why they haven't done anything about moving yet. Emulation is an option, and Palm has an emulator for various platforms for development purposes, but if it is common for Palm apps to hit the hardware directly, emulating the hardware at that level can make the emulator very slow. Now if it isn't very common, they may just accept that those programs that do just can't run. Again, I don't know much about the apps on PalmOS, but considering the speed of the processor and lack of memory management, the OS may be bypassed for performance reasons under certain circumstances. The lack of memory management would make it possible to do it.
