Its the tip of the ice berg. If the public only knew the tenth of it, I don't think we could handle it. In a separate incident a new facility was approved to house 60 juvenile sex offenders in Golden Colorado (by Coors brewery). The locals are freakin. Of course the reality of the justice system is that most criminals never see a court room or consequences since plea bargaining cases out of the system is the rule of the day. In the county where I live they don't even have room on the calendar to try all the Murder 1 cases. The rest just have to be "dealt" with. It is really hard for other criminals to actually achieve incarceration. They have to be real stupid (of course some are).
