It seems an ordinary enough observation. Under the circumstances, of course, they had to relocate the families at Love Canal and investigate, and I am sure some cleanup was warranted. But the hype got to be so much that learning from the event became hard, as the facts were mired in controversy, such as the accusations that the epidemiological studies showing little health impairment were part of a cover up........
