I am not sure 1 and 4 do qualify. Read them again and you will have to discover the exact definition of "human."

"The living body of a human" refers to the corporeal being as a whole and presumes that being to be self-dependant and (to some extent) mobile.

A fetus, especially at the instant of conception, certainly does not qualify under these definitions.

I stand by my idea that the determination of when a fetus actually becomes a person with rights can be made based on quality and frequency of brain wave activity.
