I doubt it. Amzn currently doesn't need electronic signature to accept credit card payments.
Amzn probably allows their shareholders to vote electronically via the Internet so yes Amzn would be a customer of VRSN.
Here's another one. Soon in the future we'll be able to vote in elections over the Internet (especially since the Florida debacle).
The government at the federal, state, and local level will require electronic signature verification.
